Auction Rules
You must be registered to Bid.
If you need help or rush approval, you may call the auction and customer service will walk you through
the process. Dealers, have your Dealer License, ID, and expiration date ready, Private customers, have
your Driver’s license and expiration ready.
How to Bid.
Log into the Auction and choose our sale to see a full list or simply use the search at the top of the page,
type in the stock number or the last 8 of the VIN.
How will I know if I won the Bid?
The fastest way is to log back into the auction and you will see an alert on the dashboard showing the
number of vehicles won. You can even print out an invoice from the site, see which cars you need to
pick up, etc. You may also receive an email with a copy of the invoices or a call from the customer
service letting you know you’ve won.
How do I pay?
We accept cash, Cashier’s Checks, Money Order and Credit Cards. The auction will have the billing
paperwork and the keys once payment is received.
How soon car I pick up my car?
Usually, the vehicles will be billed and ready for pickup by the end of business on the day of the auction.
If you need a rush, let the auction manager know.  Cars must be paid for and picked up no later than 72 hours after the end of the auction, or you will be

This is an “AS IS” Auction.
We do everything in our power to list the cars condition accurately and highlight the major flaws in
advance on the site.
Its is the buyers’ responsibility to review and judge vehicle condition before bidding.
Can I View the Auction in person?
Yes, registered bidders will be able to view vehicles in the auction. In person Viewing days will be on The Thursday and Friday before the auction and Monday (the day before the Auction) from 10am until 5pm, by appointment only. Registered bidders
must contact customer service to schedule an appointment to view the vehicles.
